Kevin Western, P.E. is the Assistant State Bridge Engineer for the Minnesota Department of Transportation. Kevin was MnDOT’s lead bridge engineer on the I-35W Bridge project, and was assigned to the project office on-site. He is a registered professional engineer in Minnesota.
