Ken Hover is a member of ACI Committees 305 on hot weather, 306 on cold weather, 308 on curing, and 318. He was an estimator, project engineer, and project manager for Dugan & Meyers Construction Co., and then became a designer, spec-writer, partner and manager of THP Structural Engineers in Cincinnati before earning a PhD and joining the Civil Engineering faculty at Cornell University.
