Mark Moore is a Structural Engineer with Rutherford & Chekene in San Fransisco. Mark is from, and was educated in, New Zealand and has 15 years experience in seismic retrofit and new construction design of bridges and building structures. Mr. Moore currently serves as the Chair of the SEAONC Seismology and Structural Standards Committee.
