Lorraine Lin, Ph.D., P.E. was a guest researcher at the Institute of Lightweight Structures (IL), University of Stuttgart in 1995, where she conducted research on natural tension structures. She holds graduate degrees from UC Berkeley in structural engineering and the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University.
