Mr. Becker is a Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin and Ohio and a registered Structural Engineer in Illinois. He is a member of SEAOI, PCI and ACI and is also the co-author of the PCI Second Edition Manual for the Design of Hollowcore Slabs.
