Matt Offenberg, P.E., a graduate of Purdue University, is an internationally recognized expert in the field of pervious concrete, a green building technology. He chairs the ACI International 522 committee on pervious concrete, and was the founding chairman of the NRMCA committee on pervious concrete certification.
