Cliff McMillan, P.E., C.Eng, is a Principal in Arup’s New York office. He has been deeply involved with several Manhattan waterfront projects over the past 11 years, including leading Arup’s multi-disciplinary design coordination and management services since 2001 on the entire five miles of Hudson River Park and on the design of East River Waterfront.
