Mohammad Jalalpour, Ph.D., P.E., S.E. is a senior structural engineer with Structural Technologies. He is an accomplished structural engineer and researcher with extensive experience in seismic design and retrofit of structures using conventional techniques as well as fiber- reinforced polymer (FRP) systems.
