James E. Russell, M. EERI, P.E. is a Building Codes Consultant. Jim is an active member of the: International Code Council Peninsula Chapter, AF & PA Wood Design Standards Committee, the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute (EERI). He Chairs the WDSC Wind and Seismic Task Committee and has served on the CUREE Woodframe Project Advisory Committee.
