David C. MacGregor, P.E. is an Engineer with Steven Schaefer Associates, Inc., Ohio. His area of practice includes interpreting building codes and developing company standards. He is Past Chairman of the Structural Engineers Association of Ohio (SEAoO) Building Code Committee and has made numerous presentations on the provisions of the International Building Code and related topics to architectural firms and building officials.
