Susan M. Dowty is a Regional Manager in the Government Relations department of the International Code Council. From 1994-2000, Ms. Dowty was Senior Staff Engineer in ICBO’s Codes and Engineering Department and served as staff liaison to the ICBO Lateral Design Code Development Committee during the development of the 1997 UBC.
