Stephen S. Szoke, P.E., F.SEI, F.ASCE, F.ACI, is the Senior Director of Codes and Standards for the Portland Cement Association. He serves on SEI’s Codes and Standards Division Executive Committee and represents the division on the SEI Board of Governors.
