Duane K. Miller, P.E., ScD is Manager of Engineering Services for The Lincoln Electric Company. He is currently Second Vice Chair of the AWS D1 Structural Welding Committee and Chair of the Seismic Subcommittee. He is also a member of the AISC Specifications Committee.
