The Structural Engineers Association of California (SEAOC) is a professional association of four member organizations representing the structural engineering community in California. The SEAOC Blue Book, the new edition of SEAOC’s signature publication, provides articles collected by the SEAOC Seismology Committee. New articles are added on an ongoing basis, including the articles in this series.
