Susan L. Foster

She is an enthusiastic leader and educator that inspires creativity and knows how to deliver solutions. Her experience in both industrial and commercial construction includes shrinkage-compensating concrete, CSA cements, air & moisture-barriers, decking & waterproofing systems, stucco, EIFS, tile setting materials, architectural finishes and decorative overlays, epoxy and urethane coatings and flooring systems, marine coatings, and secondary containment. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from UMUC along with a number of technical and professional certifications. She’s passionate about making a difference and is excited to share how shrinkage-compensating concrete can help optimize performance, sustainability, service life and value of concrete structures in all types of concrete and grout applications.
