Join DEWALT for an in-depth tour of DEWALT Design Assist (DDA), a world-class connection design software for concrete anchoring and post-installed rebar doweling. During the seminar, learn how concrete anchor design is simplified using the latest code requirements per ACI 318. Topics covered will include design according to ACI 318 Chapter 17, anchor design for composite deck applications, post-installed rebar design methods, and anchor design for base mounted equipment including seismic and wind loading per ASCE 7 and the new finite element analysis solver for base plates. The presentation will cover some of the main tools DDA has to offer as well as information on DEWALT’s wide variety of anchor solutions.
