Premier resource for practicing structural engineers

Date/Time: December 4, 2024 12:00 pm Central

ACI318 Chapters 17 and 25, and the associated Acceptance Criteria, set very specific criteria and limits around the design and evaluation of post installed anchors and rebar. Although this has been beneficial for the industry to set standards, it does create situations where real world applications fall outside of the code approvals. In this educational session DEWALT will review the main parameters of anchor qualifications within ACI355.2 and ACI355.4 and then present real world scenarios which have fallen outside of those limits and the resulting solutions. By partnering with the design professionals and contractors, DEWALT engineering has been able to provide in-house, site and independent testing to develop data to allow EOR’s to use Engineering judgement to solve for these challenging situations.

Continuing education credits will be offered by DeWalt for this presentation. For questions contact Jacob Page, P.E., Jacob.Page@sbdinc.com.

By registering for this complimentary webinar, you are agreeing to receiving communications from the Webinar Sponsor, STRUCTURE and/or NCSEA.
