All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) announced the addition of three key team members: Mike Schuil as Director of Customer Experience, Chris Snell as Senior Manager of Logistics and Fulfillment and Bo Bently as Quality Service Manager. These strategic roles are integral as AWIP continues to advance its “Customer First” service and support objectives.
AWIP also announced the promotion of Joe Paparella to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Since joining AWIP as Director of Commercial Sales in 2023, Paparella has been instrumental in advancing strategic growth initiatives, strengthening key account relationships and elevating commercial sales performance.
