Paul Gilham, P.E., S.E. is the Chief Engineer at Western Wood Structures, Inc., in Tualatin, Oregon. Mr. Gilham is an active participant in the American Institute of Timber Construction’s Technical Advisory Committee and Technical Review Board. He is currently a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers’ Timber Bridge Committee, and also serves as a member of the American Wood Council’s Wood Design Standards Committee.
