Daniel Shirkey is the Senior Director of Technology and Operational Improvement for the California Division of Balfour Beatty Construction. Additionally, Daniel is an Adjunct Professor at San Diego State University (SDSU) where he teaches Virtual Design and Construction to Civil and Construction Engineering students. Daniel is also a member of the steering committee for the San Diego Lean Construction Institute (LCI) Community of Practice.
