  • Engineered Wood Beams: What Today’s Designers Need to Know Webinar

    The seminar will discuss recent innovations with wood beams, as well as sustainability considerations related to product selection, fire performance and endurance. Webinar is presented by Bryan Readling of APA, and Bruce Lindsay, of WoodWorks Southeast. WoodWorks, an initiative of the Wood Products Council offering resources and education, will provide the following educational webinars targeted toward architects, engineers and others interested in building with wood in non-residential structures.   • Wood Solutions Fair

    The Wood Solutions Fair is a free, day-long educational event for architects, engineers, builders, professors and students that combines topical seminars with relevant trade booths to provide a comprehensive educational experience on building with wood in non-residential structures. The fair will give attendees valuable resources and insights on building with wood, and access to wood design experts for one-on-one support. In-depth and practical information can be applied to projects immediately. WoodWorks is an approved AIA provider, and eligible attendees will qualify for a maximum of 6 HSW credits.
