Marshall Lew, Ph.D., G.E. is a Senior Principal and Vice President of MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc., Los Angeles, California. Dr. Lew has extensive experience in geotechnical and earthquake engineering for a wide variety of projects. Dr. Lew has also conducted many liquefaction hazard analyses.
