Eric M. Hines, Ph.D., P.E. is a Principal at LeMessurier Consultants, Inc. and Professor of Practice, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Tufts University. Dr. Hines specializes in the design and renovation of building structures, renewable energy infrastructure, and the seismic performance of bridges. In 2011 he received the Henry and Madeline Fischer Award, recognizing him as “Engineering’s Teacher of the Year” at Tufts; and in 2012 he received the Designer Special Achievement Award from the American Institute of Steel Construction.
